World Superbike star Noriyuki Haga is undergoing surgery today to plate together his right collarbone, broken in a crash at Miller Motorsports Park Saturday. Dr. Art Ting is operating, at his Fremont, California clinic. Daytona 200 winner Chaz Davies, who broke his left pinky finger and the middle metacarpal bone in his left hand at Miller, has decided to forgo surgery and to instead tough it out for next weekend’s AMA National weekend at Road America. Former Colombian Superbike Champion Santiago Villa broke a femur in practice at Miller, and underwent surgery in a Salt Lake City hospital.
