Suzuki has unveiled a commemorative GSX-R1000 to celebrate the one millionth GSX-R to roll off the production line at the Toyokawa Plant in Japan. The 2013 “Millionth Edition” Commemorative GSX-R1000 features a special paint scheme, unique black Brembo Monoblock callipers with gold lettering, wheel stripes, gold forks, a celebratory tank graphic, numbered top yoke, red fork tops, a special key ring and a distinctive red-coloured nose cone. The Suzuki GSX-R750 redefined the definition of a sport bike and took the market by storm when it was introduced in 1985. The GSX-R delivered new levels of performance and agility, quickly dominating both the roads and racetracks of the world, and with its evolution into 600, 1000 and 1100cc versions, Suzuki remained true to the GSX-R’s original concept by continuing production of a 750cc model.
