BREA, Calif. – From consumer demo rides to racer celebration parties, Suzuki has packed Daytona Bike Week with opportunities to meet and thank Suzuki riders, and to welcome new enthusiasts to the family. The unofficial start of the motorcycle season, Bike Week gives Suzuki a perfect venue to show 2016 motorcycles, scooters and ATVs, and to connect with all powersports fans. The manufacturer is hosting a lunch for all Suzuki racers at the track in Daytona along with RCH Racing Factory Team sponsor Jimmy Johns. And at the hugely popular Daytona Flat Track races, GSX-R600 road racer and 2014 AMA SuperSport champion Hayden Gillim will compete aboard an RM-Z450; the story will be featured in Cycle World magazine.
This month Suzuki begins its summer Demo Tour, with streetbike demo rides taking place throughout Bike Week, followed by a summer filled with demo rides at rallies, races and at Suzuki dealerships nationwide. The schedule will be updated throughout the coming weeks, and will include stops along the MotoAmerica Superbike race season.
With its strong start to the sales season – Suzuki’s sales in February were up more than 30 percent compared to the same month last year – Suzuki plans interactive events, buyer-friendly retail promotions, and a widely popular product mix at dealerships to ensure continued sales success.
The #MySuzuki Sales Event – with industry-leading financing as low as zero-percent financing, or cash back to customers – continues to help Suzuki dealers ease the purchase process. The promotion’s RM-specific Bonus offers, including the option of free Yoshimura exhaust with purchase of an RM-Z or free Pro Circuit exhaust with purchase of an RM85 two-stroke, gained extra attention in February with the release of a unique video titled “There’s An Easier Way.”
