Team Sterilgarda is set for round seven of the WSBK starting at Miller Park, USA next Friday. The team’s goal will be to get in the top 10 in both races despite the fact that the rider is not familiar with the track at all. On the other hand, the riders who competed last year will have a slight advantage. However, Byrne is confident he can do well as the Utah track seems to adapt to his style. The round will take place on a 4907 metres long circuit and it will last 21 laps. MARCO BORCIANI – team manager: “I’m really confident for the race. I know we can do well in spite of “Shakey” not knowing the track. We just hope to be less unlucky and perform well in both practice and race. However, we have to do very well in practice so we can keep up with the front runners in the first corners as the long main straight of this circuit certainly doesn’t allow spectacular recoveries”.
