(Denver, Colorado) The Motor Sport Country Club of Colorado (MSCC) has completed the final resort master plan, site engineering and design for the largest motorsport country club and resort in the world. The entire 2600-acre motorsport resort project has been designed by world-renowned race track architect, Hermann Tilke, based in Germany. Now MSCC Founder and CEO, Claus Wagner is making the Tilke plans public in preparation for development of the Ring of the Rockies 4-track race circuit, the off-road Dakar-like course, the race club, pit garages, resort estate homes, equestrian facility and luxury residence club. The Tilke name is synonymous with elite racetrack design in Europe and Asia with credits including F-1 circuits in Bahrain, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur. His newly completed designs bring MSCC one step closer to its ground breaking, with the close of the founders round and investor rounds nearing completion. The updated track designs include a 7000 foot straightaway on the outer perimeter of the circuit that doubles as a private jet runway for members, with an adjacent heliport pad. “I have had the opportunity to create numerous Formula-1 race tracks in my career,” said Tilke. “But the Motor Sport Country Club of Colorado is going to set a new standard for the future of motorsport clubs and resorts around the world. The design of the entire resort goes beyond just four incredible race tracks to create a real lifestyle resort that appeals to professional and amateur drivers, celebrities, athletes, collectors and families looking for a fun, world class driving experience. And a more adrenaline-charged country club atmosphere.” The Race Club is situated where all four tracks converge, with a panoramic view of all four racetrack circuits and the resort. The pit and garage areas, professional paddock, and driving school are conveniently located on the ground floor of the Race Club. The upper floor features viewing lounge areas, restaurants, café’s, bars, a wine tasting room, locker rooms and other clubhouse amenities. The Residence Club is located on the highest point of the resort, with a direct view of the race track circuit, with Pike’s Peak and the Rocky Mountain range in the background. The Residence Club features a range of luxury suites, a fitness club and spa, and an outside pool and deck to fully enjoy the 300 days of Colorado sunshine each year. The state-of-the-art architecture performs as the center of gravity for the Motor Sport Country Club. Located less than an hour from downtown Denver and four miles off of the I-70 corridor, MSCC is home to the Ring of the Rockies racetrack circuits, modeled after the famous Neurburgring in Germany. Tilke’s design at Ring of the Rockies will make Colorado the home of the most extensive and diverse Formula 1- and MotoGP-caliber tracks in the world, offering over eight miles of premium racing surface in a variety of configurations with 1,000-foot to 7,000-foot straightaways, pulse-pounding elevation changes, high speed turns and other features that will challenge drivers of every level. “We are thrilled with the final plans put forth by the amazing Tilke group,” said Claus Wagner. “Hermann and his team certainly exceeded our expectations and we trust that our current and future worldwide members and investment partners will be equally impressed. This country club and resort project is going to put Denver and Colorado on the map as a destination for motorsport and racing enthusiasts.” The Motor Sport Country Club has a range of memberships available, from Founders Memberships that include a resort estate lot to Residence Club Memberships and Equity Investor Memberships.
