CCS 2007 National SuperTwins Champion Travis Marshall took some time off from his duties as head honcho of the new CCS-South region to have a little fun at Homestead Miami Speedway. At the CCS Florida region races this weekend, Marshall, racing a borrowed motorcycle after his own machine suffered a mechanical failure in an earlier race, placed second to Kevin Mendez (ironically, it was Mendez’s bike he was riding) after a race long battle, executing a spectacular last corner pass. “It’s so much fun racing CCS, I love it. Come out next February for our CCS-South inaugural races at MotorSports Ranch, Houston. Race or spectate and bring your family and friends; you’ll have a terrific time”. CHAMPIONSHIP CUP SERIES (Southern Region) proudly announces our FIRST EVER RACE MEET of the INAUGURAL SEASON. HIGH INTENSITY MOTORCYCLE ROAD RACING AT IT’S FINEST. February 2d & 3d, 2008 @ MotorSports Ranch, Houston Texas “Stop By to Say Hi!” and get to meet Jennifer (“JenD – You Know Me!”) Di Lorenzo. CCS South – THE BIGGEST SHOW ON TWO WHEELS!
