There is still time to buy tickets to win a new 2009 Buell 1125CR, according to Andy Curro, organizer of the Airfence Andy Buell Raffle to benefit the Roadracing World Action Fund. Although Andy had originally hoped to hold the drawing during BikeWeek at Daytona earlier this month, he said not enough tickets sold before that event. “All of the money from the sale of the raffle tickets goes directly to the Roadracing World Action Fund once the price of the motorcycle has been satisfied. Tickets have been selling well, but not as fast as I had hoped,” Andy said. “Airfence* deployed by the Roadracing World Action Fund literally saves lives, as those who have impact with it are well aware. It is one of the best ways to keep racers safe, and I’m 100% committed to that. This is a very worthy cause.” Andy Curro is one of the foremost authorities on the repair and deployment of Airfence*. He manages, deploys and maintains the Roadracing World Action Fund’s fleet of Airfence* for several motorcycle racing organizations. When asked about the Buell, Andy commented, “The 1125CR is one of the last Buells to come off of the production line before the company was closed. It’s brand new and sitting in storage at the dealership waiting for the winning ticket to be drawn. A great bike for street riders, racers and collectors alike.” To enter the raffle, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope and your check for $100 (payable to Roadracing World Action Fund) to: Andy Curro “Airfence Andy Buell Raffle” 43 N.
