Tickets For Seventh Annual Barber Vintage Festival On Sale Now

Tickets on sale for 2011 Barber Vintage Festival at Barber Motorsports Park Birmingham, Ala. Barber Motorsports Park and ZOOM Motorsports announced today that tickets are on sale for the 7th annual Barber Vintage Festival to be held October 7-9, 2011, at the Barber Motorsports Park. Tickets are available at www.barbermotorsports.com and this year fans can print their tickets from the convenience of their home. Centered around the history and preservation of vintage motorcycles, the Barber Vintage Festival will offer more on- and off-track activities than ever before for fans of all ages. The weekend kicks off Friday morning with the world famous Barber Swap Meet, featuring over 400 vendors offering significant parts and memorabilia. On-track racing action, provided by AHRMA (American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association), also starts Friday morning and continues throughout the Festival weekend. Motorcycles by Midnight, a charity dinner benefitting the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, will take place in the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum on Friday night. Tickets to the fundraiser are available for an additional charge from the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum. Additional fan attractions scheduled during the weekend include off-track motocross & time trials, several vintage motorcycle club gatherings – including VJMC and AMCA, as well as the “Wall of Death” stunt show, Aeroshell Aerobatic Air Show and the Century Race. Daily tickets are available beginning at $20 in advance or $40 for the three-day weekend. All tickets include free paddock access and fans are encouraged to purchase in advance, as prices will increase the week of the event. Tent and motorhome camping are also available in limited quantities. Throughout the weekend, kids 12 and under receive free general admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
