Tigershark Racing, the Pirelli race tire vendor for the Pacific Northwest over the last five years, will be attending this weekend’s track days and WSMC races at Willow Spring International Raceway in Rosamond, California. “With Wheel 2 Wheel kind of out of the picture, Pirelli needed someone to come down to do service this weekend,” Tigershark Racing owner Josh Bryan told Roadracingworld.com Wednesday. “They called and asked for our help, so we’ll be there from Friday through the weekend and we’ll stay on Monday for the Hypercycle track day.” Bryan said he would have a full complement of DOT-labeled and slick Pirelli racing tires in all of the common sizes and compounds, including 16.5-inch slicks, but anyone with a special request or general question should contact him at (503) 358-5704 or through his website, www.tigersharkracing.com. Wheel 2 Wheel Support, the normal Pirelli race tire vendor for Willow Springs, failed to show up for the final round of the 2005 WSMC series in December and is currently being investigated by Pirelli Tire North America.
