Track day riders James D. Leister Sr. and George Balan were randomly selected from 2,163 readers who responded to the recent Roadracing World tire survey, and each won a set of tires of their choosing.
The survey ran on roadracingworld.com and was shared via Roadracing World social media accounts last month.
Leister rides a Ducati Multistrada 1200 GT in track days, while Balan rides a Yamaha YZF-R6. Both chose Dunlop Q3+ tires, which have been shipped to Leister in Maineville, Ohio and to Balan in Loganville, Georgia.
“So excited!” Leister e-mailed Roadracing World after being notified that he had won a set of tires. “Rare that I ever win anything. Please send me Dunlop Q3+ in 120/70-17 front and 190/55-17 rear.”
“I just got back home from work and to my surprise the tires that you sent arrived today,” Balan e-mailed to Roadracing World. “I really do appreciate it!”
