TOBC Racing is making the jump to AMA Pro Racing in 2013 with entrants in Daytona SportBike and SuperSport classes at Daytona International Speedway on March 16th, the World Center of Speed. Veteran road racer Brian Kcraget will make his AMA Pro debut in the extremely competitive Daytona SportBike class, fulfilling a lifelong dream of racing in the prestigious Daytona 200. Brian’s years of sprint and endurance racing experience, including many laps around the high banks of Daytona racing in the old MOTO-ST series, will be called upon to challenge for a good result in the grueling 200-mile season opener. TOBC Racing’s pit-stop experience from racing in the WERA National Endurance Series will be tested against some of the best race teams in the business. The team has been working diligently during the off season prepping the bikes and look forward to this new challenge. In addition to the Daytona 200, TOBC Racing will enter TOBC’s star endurance rider Curtis Murray in the double-header AMA Pro SuperSport races. This class has showcased many of the latest in a crop of up-and-coming road racers in the US and TOBC Racing wants to get in the mix. Curtis has been training hard for the challenge and is ready to make his mark at Daytona. TOBC Racing wants to invite everyone to come to Daytona for some fun and great racing at the AMA season opener. The team is excited and hopes to meet some new fans, so stop by the TOBC garage and see what the team has put together. TOBC Racing is a privately-funded team focused on the support of Amateur Road Racing and the development of younger racers through the National Endurance, Team Challenge, and Sprint Series hosted by CCS, WERA, CMRA, ASRA, and now AMA Pro.
