TrackDaz and Advanced Kawasaki would like to thank all of the absolutely fun and crazy riders that showed up to our Daytona party on Saturday, and made the party such a blast!! It couldn’t have been better! Hooters was also surprised when they showed up at 730am to open the joint, and there were already nearly 100 people there. By the time the Superbike race started, the place was packed to the gills, and by the time the Daytona 200 started, it was packed to the rafters!! So packed in fact, that next year they will be providing that nirvana of Daytona race watchers everywhere Hooters and Eggs!! That is when you know you have truly arrived when Hooters offers to make you breakfast!! We will certainly take advantage of that, yessirree Bob! The raffle to benefit the RoadRacingWorld Action fund was a rousing success as well, raising $1,204.00. TrackDaz and Advanced Kawasaki will each be kicking in an additional $500 for a grand total of $2,204.00. Thanks to everyone for helping out buying raffle tickets to make our racetracks safer for the racers!! We also drew the winner of the Glenn McComb Memorial Raffle the winner receiving a 5 day pass to any 2007 TrackDaz event. The raffle raised money to benefit Glenn’s charity of choice, divingforlife.org. The winner of this special raffle was Tige Daane. Congratulations and we will see you out on the track with us!! And a very special thanks to Hooters Anaheim for letting us come in and terrorize their place again, all for a good cause well actually for a couple of good causes this year! Y’all wearin’ them orange shorts are some awesome people! So let this be fair warning to all we will be doing this again next year, but this time you will get to have breakfast *and* lunch there!
