Shoei’s Bret Milan, who fractured his C7 vertebrae in a motocross accident at Perris Raceway in Perris, California on Wednesday, has been released from the hospital. According Shoei-sponsored racer Scott Carpenter, who spoke to Milan after his release, Milan’s been fitted with a removable neck brace and will stay home to recover for a few days. Milan is Shoei’s Racing Coordinator and works as the service rep at AMA National road races. Aside from motocrossing, he’s also an avid track day rider.
