Attack Kawasaki rider Steve Rapp put in a 1:28:033 to round out the second row in eighth position. Teammate Ben Attard was right behind in ninth position with a 1:28:268. Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Roger Hayden rounded out the top-10 with a 1:28:325. During the second day of AMA Superbike qualifying, Hacking improved his qualifying time with a 1:25:823, moving him up to the ninth starting position. Hayden also enhanced his time on the track, clocking a best time of 1:25:954, which earned him the 10th starting position. The AMA Supersport race takes place Sunday afternoon, followed by the second race of the AMA Superbike doubleheader.
