More, from a press release issued by Scott Jensen’s publicist:

Scott Jensen rides 600 at Miller Motorsports Park.

Scott Jensen took advantage of his down time in between races to get in some testing and racing. This past weekend Scott attended the USBA MOM races held at Miller Motorsports Park. He was riding a 2007 Honda CBR600RR that was on loan to him from a personal friend, Thor Verdonk.

“I just haven’t had a chance to ride a 600 in the last couple years. Thor gave me the opportunity to throw a leg over his 600 to see how I would go on it,” Scott said. “I picked up the bike Thursday night and rode it a bit on Friday. On Sunday, I raced it in the two premier classes with USBA. I was able to pull off a victory over local fast guy Josh Graham on a Yamaha R6 in the KOM U race. In the KOM O race I came in 3rd behind Aaron Clark on a Suzuki GSXR 1000 and Shane Turpin on a stroker Yamaha R1.”

Scott continued, “I would like to thank Pirelli, Miller Motorsports Park, and USBA for the great weekend. I also need to give a huge thanks to Thor Verdonk for loaning me the 600 to ride for the weekend!”
