Peter Lenz, DNS, crashed on warm-up lap More, from a press release issued by USGPRU: USGPRU Statement INDIANAPOLIS, Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010 Statement from Indianapolis Motor Speedway Medical Director Dr. Geoffrey Billows: USGPRU rider Peter Lenz suffered traumatic injuries in a crash on the warm-up lap of the USGPRU race Sunday morning at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Lenz was transported to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Further updates will be available shortly.
