USGPRU regular Nick Hansen will be moving onto a Kawasaki ZX-6R in early April. The goal is to run some Midwest CCS road races and the AMA race at Road America in the Super Sport class in early June. Local race shop Speed Tech Motorsports with the help of Jason Farrell will be working with Nick to help get him up to speed on the bike. Jason had expressed interest in helping Nick out at the races after talking with him some time back. Jason Farrell and Brian Hall have been working with Kawasaki for the past several years and have done a great job setting up the bikes say’s Nick’s father Allen and are willing to give him a few pointers. If we do well at Road America we hope to run the rest of the East Coast AMA Super Sport races that do not conflict with the goal of winning the East Coast 125GP championship with USGPRU.
