Video: Custom Westby Arai Helmet Being Auctioned To Benefit National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS)

Dane Westby’s Helmet Available in Charitable Online Auction

January 23, 2015—Professional sportbike rider Dane Westby’s custom designed Arai Corsair-V helmet will be auctioned off on January 29, 2015 to benefit the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) at their annual Gala event. The helmet features a paint scheme designed by contest winner Jereme Ragsdale of Lubbock, Texas, and was worn by Westby to a podium finish at the final race of the 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing series at New Jersey Motorsports Park. Online bidding for the helmet is available at http://ibidmobile.net/ndss/auction/ beginning Friday, January 23 until Thursday, January 29, 2015.

Westby, who placed third overall in the 2014 championship series, will be signing autographs at the NDSS Gala & Auction in New York on January 29, 2015. At the Annual Gala & Auction, NDSS gathers together its friends and supporters to celebrate the NDSS mission, the accomplishments of individuals with Down syndrome and those who contribute to the Down syndrome community.
