DANE WESTBY FIGHTS BACK AT MID-OHIO

After a rainy Saturday pushed all the racing to Sunday, Westby rode his #00 Yamalube/Westby Racing YZF-R6 to a 5th place finish in race one of the Buckeye Superbike Weekend. Race two brought an unsuspecting component failure that put Westby on his head. His team was able to fix his bike during the red flag, and he restarted the race from pit lane. Westby fought from the back of the pack to earn a 10th place finish. Knowing he has the speed and skill to be at the front, Westby is looking forward to the next Daytona Sportbike race in New Jersey.
