World Final competitors were wearing white bibs with large flags indicating the country they were representing. The bibs were meant to distinguish them from the British KTM Junior Cup racers who were having a race within a race. Kelly is an American but he was wearing a bib with a Mexican flag indicating he was representing the KTM RC390 Cup series in Mexico, where he races.
