The Yamaha Extended Service/Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha Team Presents “Blue Skies & Champagne Reign” In Its Video Recap Of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca

Cypress, CA – October 10, 2013 – On the last weekend in September and with perfect weather at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, 2013 AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike Champion Cameron Beaubier once again proved that he is simply the best DSB racer of all time. Aboard his #6 Y.E.S./Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha YZF-R6, the 20-year-old superstar finished out a phenomenal race season by earning his eighth-consecutive pole position–for a perfect 2013 qualifying record–and then, he notched his 12th DSB win of the year. And, for the second time this season at Laguna Seca, Cameron broke the track record, which was the sixth-consecutive AMA Pro Racing round at which he set a new lap record.

Meanwhile, Cameron’s teammate Garrett Gerloff qualified his #8 Y.E.S./Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha R6 in third position, and in the race, he was a frontrunning contender. He stayed in the lead group throughout the entire 20-lap contest and finished fourth on the day. With his 11th top-five finish of the year, the 18-year-old Texan completed his first full season of DSB competition in third place in the Daytona SportBike Championship points standings.

In our video recap, you’ll see Cameron and Garrett on-track at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, as well as meeting fans and signing autographs in the Yamaha Marketplace. You’ll also see the Y.E.S./Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha crew working hard to finish out the season strong, and you’ll meet Y.E.S. Umbrella Girls Vanessa and Cina.
