Long before the AMA circus showed up for the last race of the 2009 season at New Jersey Motorsports Park, Aaron Yates told us about the new track during a pre-race test. He definitely found something during the test because when he came back to race over the Labor Day weekend, Yates put his Jordan Suzuki on the AMA American Superbike podium on Saturday and Sunday.
