The Bridgestone/WERA National Endurance Series and Michelin/WERA National Sprints will move to Summit Point Raceway in the rolling hills of West Virginia with practice and qualifying on Friday, August 8, then the Bridgestone/WERA 4 Hour Endurance on Saturday and the Michelin/WERA National Sprints on Sunday. The National Endurance Teams will come into the one venue where the locals know their way around the place. Vesrah Suzuki will continue to see if they can dominate with Brand X hot on their heels. Dalke Motorsports will see if they can hang on to two top five positions with their two teams and TVR will see if they can undo Dalke’s hold on two spots in the top five overall positions. Zyvax Racing, Wikle Racing, Team Chicago and some of the new teams like Willow Motorsports, M3 Racing, On the Edge Powersports Racing will come in to see what they can do on home rurf. Also Velocity Crew Racing will represent ant they call Summit home.. Sunday will see a full day of National Sprint races with the locals going heads up with the National riders. Tray Batey will be there to see if he can set some new records as will Tim Bemisderfer, Shawn Conrad, Dane Westby, John Jacobi, Russel and Luke Wikle and a host of others looking to see if they can get on the box. Racing will begin at Noon Round #8 finds the Bridgestone/WERA National Endurance, Michelin/WERA National Sprint riders at Barber Motorsports Park in Leeds, Alabama over the September 19/20/21 weekend..
