NEXT UP FOR WERA MOTORCYCLE ROADRACING! On July 23/24 the Pirelli/WERA Sportsman Series will be at Roebling Road Raceway outside of Savannah, GA. Also on the July 22/23/24 weekend WERA Motorcycle Roadracing will be working with the American Motorcycles Association (AMA Racing) on their Vintage Motorcycle Days at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Track. WERA Vintage riders are eligible for points from this event. All registration will be handled by AMA Racing in Ohio so visit their web site and come out and join us at an event that embraces all things Vintage for Motorcycles and benefits the AMA Motorcycle Museum in Pickerington, OH. Round # 4 of the Michelin/WERA National Challenge Series, the Pirelli/WERA Sportsman Series and the WERA National Endurance Series will move into Summit Point Raceway in West Virginia on the 29th 30th and 31st of July. August 4/5/6/7 at VIR the WERA Cycle Jam will have everything available in WERA Motorcycle Roadracing Thursday will have practice, WERA Vintage Racing and the Kevin Schwantz Lite School will join us for the day; Friday will be the WERA National Endurance Series, then on Saturday the Pirelli/WERA Sportsman Series takes the track culminating Sunday with Round #5 of the Michelin/WERA National Challenge Series. The weekend will have four days of non-stop motorcycle Roadracing action. Spectator tickets will be available at the gates and are also offered on the VIR Web site. Camping is available as well. WERA Motorcycle Roadracing was founded in 1973 and remains the foremost place to develop talent in the sport of motorcycle Roadracing. The legacy of Pro riders on a National and World level is legendary. All events are run by WERA Motorcycle Roadracing and they go coast to coast offering entry level racing with the Pirelli/WERA Sportsman Series as well as a Pro-Am Series with the Michelin/WERA National Challenge Series which includes the only traveling Endurance Series in the US using the World Endurance platform for most of the rules.
