WERA VINTAGE, NATIONAL AND SPORTSMAN SERIES AT ROAD ATLANTA!

This weekend WERA Motorcycle Roadracing will be at Road Atlanta in Braselton, GA with Practice and WERA Vintage Racing on Friday the 11th featuring the Ron Raven Formula 2 Class – see historic Vintage Machines at Road Atlanta both on and off the track. Saturday and Sunday (9-12-13) a Double Header Sprint weekend with both the WERA National Challenge Series and the Pirelli/WERA Sportsman Series presented by Marietta Motorsports featuring the Amish Racing Heavyweight Twins Superbike and Superstock Classes as well as the OneVision Senior Superbike Classes. There are point battles in the National Series and this is the final round prior to the GNF at Barber October 22-25 to garner valuable points.

For the Pirelli/WERA Sportsman Series presented by Marietta Motorsports this is one of the two final SE Region qualifiers for the GNF. The Sportsman Riders will come to the GNF from all WERA Regions and go for a winner take all shootout in the Sportsman Classes. Come out and see riders put it on the line to get on the grid at the GNF and to win at the challenging Road Atlanta circuit.

Tickets for this event will be available at the gate and camping is available at the facility. Come out and enjoy the competition and see the future of Roadracing in the US compete on the technical Road Atlanta track.
