WERA AT TALLADEGA GRAN PRIX AND YAMAHA R3 NEWS!
On August 20/21 the WERA Vintage Series and the WERA Sportsman Series presented by Marietta Motorsports will be at Talladega Gran Prix Raceway in Alabama. Saturday will have a round of the WERA Vintage Series as well as Solo Races in Heavyweight, Mediumweight and Lightweight classes. The Solo races will have a payback based on rider entry. Minis and GROMs will also run on Saturday.
Sunday will be a full slate of the WERA Sportsman races including the GROM Cup by Honda running with the Mini Racers. This event is another qualifier for the 2016 bLU cRU Yamaha R3 Cup Finals which will run at the 2016 WERA Grand National Finals at Barbe r MotorsportsPark October 23rd! Riders need to run two WERA ESS Races on a Yamaha R3 to qualify to run at the GNF. Both Expert and Novice riders will grid up at the GNF for some very nice prizes from Yamaha and their partners paying first through third in both Expert and Novice. Come on out and get qualified to run in the Yamaha bLU cRU R3 Cup Challenge Finals!
