TWO LAST CHANCE SPORTSMAN QUALIFIERS THIS WEEKEND!

WERA Motorcycle Roadracing will offer two events this weekend to get qualified for the 2015 WERA Grand National Finals at the end of October!

The Pirelli/WERA West Sportsman Series presented by Lucas Oil and featuring the Kenny Anderson F3 Class will be on the classic course at Las Vegas Motor Speedway over the 26th/27th weekend with a new format which will see Dale Kiefer’s RacersEdge Performance Track Day from 8:00am till 2:00pm Saturday and then WERA will take the track from 2:00pm till we are done with a short round of practice and three Solo 16 lap races for Heavyweight, Mediumweight and Lightweight which will have a small cash purse and the racers of the SRA-West Sidecars will do an 8 lap Sprint race on Saturday. Sunday will be a full slate of WERA Motorcycle Roadracing Sprint classes including another Sidecar Race!

Also on the 26th/27th weekend the Pirelli/WERA SE Sportsman Region presented by Marietta Motorsports featuring the OneVision Senior Superbike Classes and the Amish Racing Heavyweight Twins Superstock & Superbike Classes will have a Double Header Sprint weekend at Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, SC. This round will also host the Thruxton Cup.

Tickets for these events will be available at the gate and camping is available at both facilities. Come out and enjoy the competition and see the future of road racing in the US compete at a track near you!.
