PIRELLI/WERA WEST REGIONAL SERIES PRESENTED BY LUCAS OIL FINAL RACE OF 2009 As the sun set in the West the Pirelli/WERA West Regional presented by Lucas Oil was the final race for the 2009 WERA Calendar. Mother Nature was kind to the riders who came out to see if they could grab enough of the double points awarded to take a Pirelli/WERA West Regional presented by Lucas Oil Championship and to see if Vegas was lucky for them and their name would be one of the ten pulled from the hat containing the names of the top three in each race on Sunday for a cool $100.00 bill compliments of Lucas Oil and an anonymous supporter of WERA. The lucky winners were Aaron Ascher, Brian Bartlow, Victor Jube, Jean-Paul Aussenard, Clayton Wylie, Santiago Campa, Andre Ochs, Eric Gomez and lucky Marisol Lacour whose name was pulled twice! Race results can be found on the WERA website and WERA would like to thank everyone who came out to make this final event for 2009 a special one!
