Dane Westby’s 2014 #00 Yamalube/Westby Racing Yamaha YZF-R6 Displayed In Tribute At Trade Show

Fort Wayne, IN – April 1, 2015 – Last week, as a tribute to Dane Westby, his 2014 #00 Yamalube/Westby Racing Yamaha YZF-R6 was displayed in Indianapolis at M-PACT 2015, one of the nation’s largest trade shows for energy and convenience store professionals. The R6 was displayed on behalf of Broaster® Chicken, a long-time sponsor of Dane’s racing efforts.

According to Kirk Reuille, head of Broaster Racing, “Dane Westby meant so much to us at Broaster, and to me personally. I was proud to be able to display Dane’s R6 racebike in our booth during M-PACT 2015. The show’s attendees enjoyed seeing the bike that won three AMA Pro Daytona SportBike races last year, and many people had a chance to sit on the bike and have their photo taken. We were privileged to honor Dane in this way.”

Over the past couple of AMA Pro Racing seasons, Dane enthusiastically represented Broaster Chicken both on the racetrack and off. His helmet, prominently displaying the Broaster Chicken logo on top, became Dane’s trademark. Often, a Broaster Chicken carryout box was with Dane when he celebrated on the podium, conducted media interviews, and participated in fan events.

Broaster Company has been the leader in manufacturing high-quality Pressure Fryers, a licensed, branded program; delicious foods; and specialty food-service equipment to the industry for over 60 years.
