Wild Card Entries Now Being Accepted For The World Superbike Round Feb. 26-28 In Australia

Motorcycling Australia (MA) is now calling for applications from riders interested in competing in the Australian round of the 2010 World Superbike and Supersport Championships as Wildcard entries. The Australian round will take place from 26 28 February at Phillip Island with Wildcard entries closing COB Friday 8 January 2010. Application forms are available from the MA website at www.ma.org.au/2010wsbkwild and completed forms and supporting information should be sent to: Andrew Weiss Motorcycling Australia PO Box 134 South Melbourne VIC 3205 Fax: 03 9684 0555 Email: [email protected] The 2010 World Superbike and World Supersport Championships are international events and rules vary from National events; these rules can be obtained from www.fim.ch or by contacting MA. It is important to note that Wildcard riders are not permitted to compete in National Support Races at that event.
