FGSPORT is delighted to announce that Losail International Circuit has been awarded the “2005 Organizer of the Year Award”. The new structure of the circuit with the best standards in terms of functionality and safety and the high level of professionalism of the circuit management and staff have guaranteed during the whole period of the World Superbike Round perfect working conditions. The management team of FGSport and Championship’s top teams voted and agreed to appoint the Losail Circuit as the best circuit of the year for the organizational, promotional and sporting point of view. Paolo Flammini declared: “We hope that this well-deserved success will be seen as reward for the huge investments and development already undertaken at the circuit. We send our warmest congratulations to the Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation and to all the Losail Management and staff and wish them the very best in 2006.” Next year’s round of the Superbike World Championship at Losail Circuit will take place from 23th to 25th February 2006.
