WorldSBK: Bautista Nearly Breaks Lap Record In FP3 At Misano

Defending Champion Alvaro Bautista nearly broke the All-Time Lap Record during World Superbike Free Practice Three Saturday morning at Misano World Circuit – Marco Simoncelli, in Rimini, San Marino. Riding his Aruba.it Racing Ducati Panigale V4 R, Bautista turned a 1:33.352, which was just short of the All-Time Lap Record of 1:33.328 he set in 2022.

American Garrett Gerloff crashed his Bonovo Action BMW M 1000 RR three laps into the session, was not able to continue, and dropped from sixth on Friday to 13th in the combined practice times today.
