Cypress, CA September 15, 2012 After a six-month absence from GEICO Motorcycle AMA Road Racing competition, 17-year-old Garrett Gerloff was back in action this past weekend during the American Red Cross Devil’s Showdown at New Jersey Motorsports Park. Garrett came back with a vengeance–or at least with as much vengeance as one of the nicest riders in the paddock can muster–and he piloted his #96 Yamaha YZF-R6 to second-place and fifth-place finishes in the AMA Pro Motorcycle-SuperStore.com SuperSport class. You’ll also get to meet Colin Haugh, who heads up the Yamaha Extended Service program. He talks about what the benefits of Y.E.S. to Yamaha owners, as well as how sponsorship of a racing team benefits Y.E.S.
