Riders Take to Track at a Much Slower Pace Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix Entrants to Join Charity Bicycle Ride MONTEREY, Calif., July 13, 2011 “” Experience the thrill of pedaling Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca alongside MotoGP and AMA riders with a twilight bicycle ride coinciding with the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix featuring MotoGP World Championship. The ride takes place on Wednesday, July 20 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. and is free to Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix ticket holders and $10 to other participants. All proceeds will be donated to charity. In past Twilight Rides, lucky cyclists have had the opportunity to bicycle with the riders that have competed in the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix including Casey Stoner, Nicky Hayden, Tommy Hayden, Josh Hayes, Tommy Aquino and Ben Bostrom. MotoGP is the world’s premier motorcycling championship, with a season of 18 Grand Prix race weekends in 14 countries bringing together the world’s top motorcycle manufacturers like Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki and Ducati – plus an elite list of riders from every corner of the globe.
