Pole Position Travel, a sponsor of Young Gun Benny Solis, Jr. as he battles it out on the racetracks of Europe in the Red Bull Rookies Cup Championship, is giving away two tickets to the MotoGP event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Aug. 28-30 in an essay contest to be judged by Roadracing World. To enter, all you have to do is be a current Roadracing World subscriber and tell us, in 150 words or less, your favorite MotoGP or Grand Prix experience. It can be about a race you attended, a race you watched on TV, a race that you missed, a race you participated in, whatever. Tell us about the experience that made you a motorcycle GP fan for life. Keep it to 150 words, put the text in an email, and send it to [email protected]. (Do not send as an email attachment.) Contest entries must be received by July 1. The contest winner will be announced July 10, and the winning essay will be published online. The winner will receive two tickets for the Indianapolis MotoGP round and free entry to the Pole Position Travel gala opening party that Friday. Roadracing World will be the sole judge of the contest. Entries become the property of Roadracing World. The winner must be a paid subscriber of Roadracing World. * * * * * * * * * Pole Position Travel provides a package of tickets, tours, events and other special upgrades for those who plan to attend MotoGP events. The company arranges accommodations, transfer to and from the track, guides and information, and usually features additional events throughout the weekend.
