Yvon Duhamel To Be Inducted Into Canadian Motorcycle Hall Of Fame October 27 In Toronto

MIGUEL DUHAMEL TO ATTEND INDUCTION BANQUET Miguel Duhamel FIVE TIME DAYTONA 200 CHAMP Miguel Duhamel will attend the 2007 Induction Banquet, Saturday October 27th to join in the celebrations as his father Yvon Duhamel is inducted into the Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame, along with nine other inductees. The younger Duhamel, who turned pro in 1989 and focused on road-racing (his father was a multi- discipline competitor) has won the Daytona 200 FIVE TIME and is a multiple time AMA Supersport champ as well. Miguel Duhamel is one of Canada’s most successful Canadian and North American competitors, and is world-renowned for his skills and achievements. About the Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame The Canadian International Motorcycle Heritage Museum Foundation was founded in 1999 by Bar and Hedy Hodgson. Their vision was to preserve and protect Canadian motorcycle history for the benefit of the motorcycling community. The Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame was founded in 2005, and included in the operations of the Foundation. The first twelve honourees were inducted on May 6, 2006. The Foundation, a registered charitable organization incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Bar and Hedy gifted the Foundation to the motorcycling community in April, 2007, and it is now administered by the Motorcyclists Confederation of Canada, a national not-for-profit association of motorcyclists and motorcycling groups, federally incorporated.
