ZARS Shootout And Rider Challenge Race Results From Brainerd

Brainerd, MN (July 25) – Zalusky Advanced Riding School and Track Days (ZARS) recently held its Shootout and Rider Challenge Championship Series and Track Days, July 22, at Brainerd International Raceway.

A field of Americans and Canadians filled the grids. The series is presented by BlownConcepts.com and awarded over $500 in cash prizes to the top finishers in each of the classes.

In the expert GP 3/4, Canadian JR Hiebert took the early lead and rode strong to take the checkered flag with Brian Rogers in 2nd place and Dave Stone in 3rd place.

In the novice ranks, Trevor Gumm was victorious after a close battle with runner up Tom Marchant.

ZARS continues to broaden our opportunities with the Rider Challenge for experienced Track Day riders. Shane Williams had another impressive race and finished strong in 1st place with Flavio Becerra as the runner up and Tim Rasmussen in 3rd place.

In a first of its kind, ZARS will partner with motovid.com for a doubleheader at Blackhawk Farms Raceway in South Beloit, Illinois, August 10-11.
